Our Corporation traces it's roots to 1949 when our founder Paul Stober and his brother Al Stober built their first home in Medicine Hat. That home is on 11th Street S.E. still stands as a testimony to the quality that is built into every one of our products. Along our history we have built everything from single family homes to multi story condominiums and commercial buildings. We have taken raw farmland and converted it to subdivisions where folks reside peacefully and are able to walk and bike on paths, relax in parks, and walk to shopping and restaurants without ever having to get into a vehicle. We have been sensitive to the need for affordable housing and have been at the forefront in our community by developing a residential subdivision for affordable modular homes.
